What This Means (2025 FDD)

Based on the 2025 Dryject Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are required to adhere to Dryject's brand standards and obtain approval for various aspects of their business. Specifically, any digital or electronic content published by the franchisee must comply with Dryject's brand communication standards and is subject to their approval. Dryject retains the final decision-making authority regarding all information and functionality on the Dryject Internet Website and can update or modify it according to their determined schedule.

Furthermore, franchisees cannot make material replacements or alterations to any equipment, techniques, signs, or the Dryject System without Dryject's prior written approval. This indicates that Dryject maintains control over key elements of the franchise's operations and appearance. While Dryject may vary standards for franchisees based on specific territorial conditions, these variations granted to other franchisees do not obligate Dryject to grant similar variations to another franchisee.

These stipulations ensure brand consistency and quality control across all Dryject franchise locations. A prospective franchisee should understand that they will need to obtain approval from Dryject for various business decisions, and a third party cannot substitute its judgment for Dryject's. This level of control is typical in franchising to maintain uniformity and protect the brand's reputation.
