WHEREAS, DRYJECT SYSTEM includes but is not limited to certain trade names, trademarks, trade dress and logos including, but not limited to, the mark "DryJect"® , service marks, trade symbols, trade dress, signs, slogans, associated logos, designs, emblems, URLs, domain names, Website addresses, email addresses, digital cellular addresses, wireless Web addresses and the like and copyrights and such other trade names and trademarks as Franchisor may develop in the future for the purposes of identifying DRYJECT SYSTEM, and such other distinguishing characteristics of DRYJECT SYSTEM including, without limitation, distinctive sales and marketing procedures; knowledge and procedures for providing natural grass aeration services; management and financial control methods; and training and assistance, all of which may be changed, improved and further developed by Franchisor from time to time ("Trade Secrets");

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Dryject's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Dryject System includes wireless web addresses. The Dryject System encompasses various elements such as trade names, trademarks, logos, service marks, trade symbols, slogans, URLs, domain names, website addresses, email addresses, digital cellular addresses, and wireless web addresses. Dryject retains the right to modify and further develop these elements over time.
Dryject maintains an Internet Website to enhance the brand's goodwill and attract customers for the benefit of franchisees. Franchisees' contact information, including their email address, will be listed on the Dryject Internet Website. Dryject reserves the right to update or make changes to the website without limitation and has final decision-making authority over all information and functionality that appears on the Dryject Internet Website.
Dryject franchisees are prohibited from establishing their own websites using domain names containing "DryJect" or variations thereof. Dryject retains sole control over all Internet activity and website creation using these domain names. Franchisees must also subscribe to business class high-speed Internet access. Any digital or electronic content published by franchisees must comply with Dryject's brand communication standards and is subject to approval.
