What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Dryject's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Dryject system includes signs as part of its trademarks, trade dress, and logos. Specifically, the Dryject System incorporates trade names, trademarks, trade dress, and logos, including the mark "DryJect"®, service marks, trade symbols, trade dress, signs, slogans, associated logos, designs, emblems, URLs, domain names, Website addresses, email addresses, digital cellular addresses, wireless Web addresses and the like and copyrights. This indicates that signage is a component of the overall branding and system that franchisees are licensed to use.
This inclusion of signs within the Dryject system means that franchisees are expected to utilize approved signage as part of their business operations. These signs are part of Dryject's intellectual property and contribute to the brand's identity. Franchisees must adhere to the franchisor's standards regarding the appearance and use of these signs to maintain brand consistency.
As a Dryject franchisee, it is important to understand that any modifications or alterations to the approved signs require prior written approval from Dryject. This ensures that all signage aligns with the brand's standards and protects the uniformity of the Dryject brand across all franchise locations. Franchisees should consult the Operations Manual and communicate with Dryject to ensure compliance with these standards.
