What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Dryject Franchise Disclosure Document, the Dryject System includes certain trade names, trademarks, trade dress, and logos, including associated logos and designs. This means that the Dryject franchise incorporates specific visual and design elements as part of its brand identity. These designs are protected and contribute to the overall image and recognition of the Dryject system.
As a Dryject franchisee, you are granted the right to use these designs within your franchised business. However, you are also restricted in that you cannot alter or make material replacements to any signs without prior written approval from Dryject. This ensures brand consistency across all franchise locations and protects the integrity of the Dryject brand.
Furthermore, if a franchisee develops any new designs related to the Dryject business, Dryject will immediately become the sole owner and licensor of those designs. This underscores the importance of adhering to Dryject's established designs and visual standards, as any improvements or modifications made by the franchisee automatically become the property of the franchisor.
