WHEREAS, DRYJECT SYSTEM includes but is not limited to certain trade names, trademarks, trade dress and logos including, but not limited to, the mark "DryJect"® , service marks, trade symbols, trade dress, signs, slogans, associated logos, designs, emblems, URLs, domain names, Website addresses, email addresses, digital cellular addresses, wireless Web addresses and the like and copyrights and such other trade names and trademarks as Franchisor may develop in the future for the purposes of identifying DRYJECT SYSTEM, and such other distinguishing characteristics of DRYJECT SYSTEM including, without limitation, distinctive sales and marketing procedures; knowledge and procedures for providing natural grass aeration services; management and financial control methods; and training and assistance, all of which may be changed, improved and further developed by Franchisor from time to time ("Trade Secrets");

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Dryject's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Dryject system includes associated logos. The franchise agreement grants the franchisee a limited right to operate a franchised business using the Dryject system, which includes trade names, trademarks, trade dress, and logos. Specifically, the trademark "DryJect" is mentioned, along with service marks, trade symbols, associated logos, designs, emblems, URLs, domain names, website addresses, email addresses, digital cellular addresses, wireless web addresses, and copyrights.
Dryject retains ownership of all licensed rights, including the marks, and the franchisee's right to use these licensed rights is limited to conducting business in compliance with the franchise agreement. Any unauthorized use of the marks by the franchisee constitutes a material breach of the agreement and an infringement of Dryject's rights. All usage of the marks by the franchisee and any goodwill established through this use will accrue exclusively to Dryject's benefit.
As a Dryject franchisee, you must use all products and services bearing Dryject's trade name and/or logo that Dryject currently carries or may develop in the future. You are not allowed to develop or sell other products or services on your own without Dryject's prior written consent. Furthermore, any digital or electronic content you publish must comply with Dryject's brand communication standards and is subject to their approval. All digital imagery bearing the marks also requires Dryject's approval.
