What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Dryject Franchise Disclosure Document, Dryject will provide initial training in its system, including instruction regarding Dryject's standards, methods, procedures, and techniques. This training is provided for each person identified in the Franchise Agreement, at such times and places designated by Dryject for its training program. As of the date of the Franchise Agreement, the training program is conducted at Dryject's affiliate's office in Hatboro, Pennsylvania.
Dryject also makes available to franchisees the use of its Operations Manual and any other manuals and training aids, as periodically revised, which are loaned to the franchisee and remain Dryject's property. The Operations Manual and other system communications will be in the English language only and may only be available on the Internet or other online or computer communications. The Operations Manual contains mandatory and suggested specifications, policies, methods, standards, operating procedures and requirements prescribed from time to time by Dryject and information relative to other obligations of a franchisee, and to the operation of a Franchised Business.
Dryject also offers periodic continuing advice, consultation, and assistance through various channels such as personal visits, telephone, electronic transmission, newsletters, brochures, reports, or bulletins. This ongoing support covers topics like marketing and advertising, management, maximizing sales and profits, customer service, employee training, vendor relations, and operating problems. Dryject may also introduce new products, services, equipment, or technologies that meet their System Standards, making them available to franchisees through approved suppliers or directly from Dryject.
