What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 Dryject Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must maintain their business premises, equipment, and vehicles in a condition that aligns with Dryject's System Standards for the brand's image. This includes performing necessary maintenance to keep the premises, equipment, and vehicles in good appearance and efficient working order. Such maintenance may involve adding new or improved equipment or parts, replacing worn-out or obsolete items, and repairing the interior and exterior of offices, trucks, and display booths.

Dryject has the right to inspect the franchisee's premises, vehicles, equipment, and signs. If Dryject determines that the general state of repair or appearance does not meet System Standards, they will notify the franchisee, specifying the actions needed to correct the deficiencies. The franchisee must then initiate a plan to address these issues within fifteen days of receiving the notice and continue until the corrections are completed.

Dryject also provides franchisees with general specifications for equipment, signs, furnishings, and operating supplies that are typically associated with Dryject franchised businesses. Franchisees are required to purchase and use these items in the operation of their Dryject franchise. Franchisees are required to follow the directives of the Operations Manual, as it may be modified by Dryject from time to time, and acknowledge that such compliance is necessary to protect the integrity and reputation of Dryject's System.
