What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Dryject's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Dryject may provide franchisees with specifications for the brands and types of equipment needed for Dryject offices and vehicles. These specifications can include minimum standards for design, appearance, and size. Franchisees are responsible for the expense of purchasing or leasing the required equipment and signage.
Dryject franchisees can purchase or lease original and replacement equipment and signage from any source approved by Dryject, provided the equipment meets the specified standards. If a franchisee wants to use equipment or signage not already approved, they must notify Dryject in writing and provide specifications, photographs, drawings, or samples for approval. Dryject will then determine if the proposed item meets their standards.
Furthermore, Dryject franchisees must comply with all equipment specifications outlined in the Franchise Agreement and the Operations Manual. They are also responsible for maintaining the condition and appearance of their business premises, equipment, and vehicles to align with Dryject's System Standards. This includes regular maintenance, repairs, and replacements to ensure the efficient operation and image of the Dryject franchise.
