You may purchase or lease original and replacement equipment and signage which meets such specifications from any source approved by Us.
If You propose to purchase or lease any item of equipment or any signage not theretofore approved by Us as meeting Our specifications, as set forth in the Operations Manual, You shall first notify Us in writing.
We may require submission of sufficient specifications, photographs, drawings and/or other information and samples to determine whether such item of equipment or signage meets Our specifications.
We shall advise You within a reasonable period of time whether such item of equipment or signage meets Our specifications.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Dryject Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees can purchase or lease original and replacement equipment and signage from any source approved by Dryject, provided the equipment and signage meet Dryject's specifications. These specifications may include minimum standards for design, appearance, size, and other restrictions.
If a Dryject franchisee wants to purchase or lease equipment or signage from a source not already approved, they must notify Dryject in writing and provide sufficient specifications, photographs, drawings, or samples for Dryject to determine if the items meet their standards. Dryject will then advise the franchisee within a reasonable time whether the proposed items meet their specifications.
Dryject also has the right to determine, approve, and supervise the quality of services and products sold by the franchisee. Franchisees are required to purchase certain services, equipment, and operating supplies from Dryject or from suppliers approved by Dryject, as detailed in the Operations Manual. Dryject or its affiliates may receive commissions on goods and services provided to franchisees from various suppliers. This system allows Dryject to maintain quality and uniformity across all franchise locations.
