What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Dryject's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Dryject has the right to remotely examine a franchisee's business records. Specifically, Dryject may establish and utilize an online computer monitoring system to remotely examine records pertaining to the operation of the franchised business.
This means that as a Dryject franchisee, you are required to allow Dryject access to your business records through an online system. This access enables Dryject to monitor your business operations and financial performance. You must also subscribe to business class high-speed internet access.
This level of access is fairly common in franchising, as it allows the franchisor to ensure compliance with system standards and protect the brand. However, prospective franchisees should carefully consider the implications of granting such access and ensure they are comfortable with the level of scrutiny involved. Franchisees should inquire about the specific types of records that will be examined, how the data will be used, and what security measures are in place to protect sensitive information.
