What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Dryject's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Dryject has the right to supervise the quality of services and products sold by the franchisee and to take action to maintain the quality and standards of the services and products, the Franchised Business, and their System. Dryject also has the right to establish and utilize an on-line computer monitoring system, and to use the on-line system to remotely examine the franchisee's records pertaining to the operation of the Franchised Business.
Dryject requires administrator privileges, at all times, to all of the franchisee's software, electronic mail, social media, marketing platforms, digital marketing and all e-commerce activities. Any digital or electronic content the franchisee publishes must comply with Dryject's brand communication standards and is subject to their approval.
These stipulations mean that Dryject maintains a considerable level of oversight over the franchisee's business operations, particularly concerning quality control, record-keeping, and online activities. A prospective franchisee should consider the extent of this oversight and ensure they are comfortable with Dryject's access to their business records and digital platforms. This level of control is not uncommon in franchising, as franchisors seek to maintain brand consistency and protect their trademarks, but the degree of access and control can vary significantly between franchise systems.
