What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 Dryject Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchisee is solely responsible for operating the franchised business in full compliance with all System Standards, which are subject to modification by Dryject from time to time. System Standards encompass mandatory specifications, standards, operating procedures, and rules prescribed by Dryject for the development and operation of its franchised businesses. These standards regulate various aspects of the operation and maintenance of Dryject franchised businesses, ensuring uniformity among similarly situated franchisees.

Dryject's interests in its system and marks are protected through these System Standards, which do not establish control over matters reserved to the franchisee. The Operations Manual includes both required System Standards and guidelines or recommendations. Franchisees have the option to follow recommendations or guidelines or implement suitable alternatives, provided they meet the required System Standards. However, Dryject retains the right to determine if a franchisee is meeting a required System Standard and whether an alternative is suitable.

This means that as a Dryject franchisee, you are responsible for ensuring your business adheres to the standards set by Dryject. While Dryject provides an Operations Manual and may offer advice and assistance, the onus is on you to maintain compliance. This includes offering authorized products and services, using approved equipment, and following brand communication standards for any digital content. Failure to comply with System Standards could result in penalties or termination of the franchise agreement.
