Note 10. Conference. We may conduct a national or regional conference ("Conference"), at our option, but not more than once a year. You are required to attend the Conference, and to pay all of your expenses incurred in connection with attending the Conference including transportation cost, meals, lodging and living expenses. We have the right to charge you a reasonable Conference Registration Fee (currently up to $500.00) for you to attend each Conference. We may charge this Registration Fee up to one year in advance invoiced and paid via Electronic Funds Transfer as part of your standard monthly billing. What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Dryject's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are responsible for all expenses incurred while attending the national or regional conference. These expenses include transportation, meals, lodging, and other living costs. Dryject may conduct a conference once a year.
In addition to covering their own expenses, Dryject franchisees may also be required to pay a Conference Registration Fee, which can be up to $500. This fee is non-refundable and may be invoiced and paid via Electronic Funds Transfer as part of the standard monthly billing, up to one year in advance.
Dryject does state that they will attempt to make the conference materials available online or through other means. However, attendance at the conference is mandatory, so the franchisee will be responsible for the costs associated with attending the conference.
