What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Dryject's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the required System Standards are in place to protect Dryject's interests in its system and marks. These standards are not intended to control aspects of the business that are reserved for the franchisee's decision-making.

Dryject's Operations Manual contains these System Standards, along with guidelines and recommendations. Franchisees must comply with the System Standards, but they may have some flexibility in how they meet those standards, potentially using alternative methods if approved by Dryject. Dryject retains the right to determine if a franchisee is meeting the required System Standards and whether any alternative approaches are suitable.

These System Standards are mandatory specifications, standards, operating procedures, and rules that Dryject prescribes for the development and operation of its franchised businesses. These standards apply uniformly to all similarly situated Dryject franchisees and can regulate any aspect of the operation and maintenance of the Dryject franchised businesses. Franchisees are responsible for operating their businesses in full compliance with all System Standards, as modified by Dryject from time to time.
