What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Dryject's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Dryject is not required to search for more cost-efficient sources of non-proprietary supplies. However, Dryject may provide guidance and assistance on a continuing basis to enhance the growth and performance of the System. Dryject may continue to search for more cost-efficient sources of non-proprietary supplies. With the strength of group purchasing, Dryject may endeavor to purchase supplies and inventory at reduced prices.

This means that while Dryject franchisees are not guaranteed that Dryject will actively seek out the cheapest suppliers, Dryject retains the option to do so. This could benefit franchisees by potentially lowering their supply costs through group purchasing power. However, franchisees should not rely on this as a certainty, as it is not a required service.

This type of arrangement is fairly common in franchising. Franchisors often provide support in sourcing supplies, but they typically do not guarantee the lowest possible prices. The level of support can vary widely, so prospective Dryject franchisees should inquire about the extent to which Dryject actively works to find cost-effective supply options.
