What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Dryject's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Dryject may conduct a national or regional conference, but is not required to do so. If Dryject chooses to hold a conference, it will not occur more than once a year. Franchisees are required to attend the conference and are responsible for all expenses related to attending, including transportation, meals, lodging, and living expenses.
Dryject has the right to charge a reasonable conference registration fee, which is currently up to $500. This fee can be invoiced and paid via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) as part of the franchisee's standard monthly billing, up to one year in advance. The conference registration fee is non-refundable, even if the franchisee does not attend the conference.
Dryject also states that it will attempt to make all substantive materials presented at the conference available through the Internet or other means. Finally, Dryject reserves the right to adjust the conference fee annually based on changes in circumstances such as increased vendor costs or labor costs.
