What This Means (2025 FDD)
Based on the 2025 Dryject Franchise Disclosure Document, Dryject requires specific individuals to complete the initial training program, but it does not specify whether additional training is required to offer optional services. The individuals required to complete the initial training program include the franchisee (if an individual), and at Dryject's option, anyone actively involved in managing or operating the franchised business, key employees, and individuals owning 20% or more interest in the franchisee entity.
Dryject's initial training program lasts approximately four days and must be completed before the scheduled opening of the franchised business. Satisfactory completion of all mandatory training sessions is required, and failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Franchise Agreement. Dryject also offers optional continuing courses of training at designated times and locations.
While the FDD outlines the initial and ongoing training programs, it does not explicitly state whether franchisees must complete additional training to offer specific optional services. A prospective franchisee should clarify with Dryject what specific training is required for each service offering.
