What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 Dryject Franchise Disclosure Document, the Renewal Fee is equal to twenty percent (20%) of the Initial Franchise Fee that new franchisees are paying at the time of renewal.

As of the effective date of the agreement, the Initial Franchise Fee is Twenty-Nine Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($29,500.00). Therefore, if a franchisee were to renew their agreement today, the renewal fee would be $5,900.00. However, the actual renewal fee will depend on what the initial franchise fee is at the time of renewal.

In addition to paying the renewal fee, the franchisee must meet several other conditions to renew the Dryject franchise agreement. These conditions include satisfying all monetary obligations to Dryject, executing the then-current standard franchise agreement, and completing any required retraining programs. The franchisee must also perform any necessary replacements and upgrades to ensure their equipment and computer systems conform to the specifications for new Dryject franchises.
