What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Dryject's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Dryject retains the right to re-inspect the facilities and products of previously approved suppliers. This means that even after a supplier has been approved for use by Dryject franchisees, Dryject can conduct further inspections to ensure they continue to meet the company's standards and specifications.

Dryject may revoke its approval if a supplier fails to meet the required standards at any time. This ongoing oversight helps Dryject maintain quality control and consistency across its franchise network. The updated lists of approved suppliers are then issued to all franchise owners periodically.

This re-inspection process ensures that franchisees are using suppliers that consistently meet Dryject's standards. While this protects the brand's reputation, it also means that a franchisee's approved supplier could be removed, potentially requiring them to find a new supplier and adjust their operations. Franchisees should stay informed about the approved supplier lists and any changes to supplier standards to avoid disruptions.
