ng on a month-to-month basis under the terms and conditions of Our then-current form of franchise agreement. In such circumstances, and notwithstanding the foregoing, We may, on ten (10) days written notice, terminate Your Franchise Agreement.
7. FRANCHISEE'S PAYMENTS
(a) You shall pay to Us an Initial Franchise Fee of Twenty-Nine Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($29,500.00), payable by a certified or cashier's check. Such Initial Franchise Fee shall be due and payable in full upon the execution of this Agreement. You understand and acknowledge that the Initial Franchise Fee is non-refundable and is fully earned by Us at the time the parties execute this Agreement.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Dryject's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the purchase price for the Base Equipment Package, which costs $166,500.00, is due upon the earliest of three conditions. These conditions are: commencement of the Initial Training Program, shipment of the Base Equipment Package to the franchisee, or ninety (90) days after the Effective Date of the agreement.
This means a prospective Dryject franchisee needs to be prepared to pay the $166,500 for the Base Equipment Package as soon as any of these three events occur. Payment could be required before the franchisee even begins training, or shortly after signing the agreement, depending on when the equipment is shipped or training starts.
It is important for a prospective franchisee to understand these payment terms and factor them into their financial planning. The fee is considered fully earned by Dryject upon the execution of the agreement and is non-refundable, so the franchisee bears the risk if they are unable to proceed with the franchise after paying for the equipment.
