What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Dryject's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Dryject provides initial training in its system, including instruction regarding Dryject's standards, methods, procedures, and techniques, for each person identified in the Franchise Agreement. The training will be conducted at such times and places as Dryject may designate for its training program. As of the date of the Franchise Agreement, the training program is conducted at Dryject's affiliate's office in Hatboro, Pennsylvania.
Dryject also requires that the franchisee, if an individual, satisfy all conditions for admission to and graduation from the Initial Training Program. This program is located in Pennsylvania or at another location designated by Dryject. The franchisee must attend and satisfactorily complete any additional training programs established by Dryject in the future. At Dryject's option, individuals actively involved in the management or operation of the franchised business, including the chief operating officer or managing member, may be required to attend training programs.
Furthermore, Dryject may require Key Employees, as defined in Section 12 of the agreement, and individuals owning or directly controlling 20% or more interest in the franchisee (if the franchisee is owned by a group or entity) to attend the training program. Any person designated to attend the training program will be identified in Addendum B to the agreement. Satisfactory completion of all mandatory training sessions is required, and failure to do so may result in a breach of the agreement. The Initial Training Program lasts approximately four days and must be completed before the scheduled opening of the franchised business.
