What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Dryject Franchise Disclosure Document, Dryject permits franchisees to use the Manual and other manuals and training aids designated for use in the Dryject System. These materials may be revised periodically by Dryject. The Operations Manual contains 188 pages, as detailed in Exhibit D of the FDD, which includes the Operations Manual Table of Contents.
Dryject's initial training program utilizes the Manual and other written materials developed by Dryject and approved vendors. This training must be completed approximately one week before the franchisee begins operating their Dryject business. The initial franchise management-training program is conducted at Dryject's affiliate's office in Hatboro, Pennsylvania, or at another location selected by Dryject. The first phase of this training program lasts up to four business days.
Dryject also provides ongoing support and guidance through printed materials and other media made available to all franchise owners in the Dryject system. Additionally, Dryject endeavors to maintain an inventory of promotional material and sales and service manuals, available at reasonable costs. This ongoing support ensures that franchisees have access to the resources they need to operate their businesses effectively and stay updated with any changes or improvements to the Dryject system.
