What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 Dryject Franchise Disclosure Document, Dryject covers the expenses for its representative during the initial on-site training at the franchisee's location. Specifically, Dryject will furnish one of its representatives at its own expense for up to three business days to facilitate the opening of the franchised business.

During this on-site training, the Dryject representative will assist the franchisee in establishing standardized procedures and techniques essential for operating the business. They will also help in training personnel if needed. This support is aimed at ensuring the franchisee starts operations with a solid foundation in Dryject's methods.

However, if the franchisee requests additional assistance beyond the initial three-day period, and Dryject deems it necessary and appropriate to provide such assistance, the franchisee will be responsible for reimbursing Dryject for the expenses of its personnel and any out-of-pocket expenses. These expenses would be detailed in the Operations Manual, ensuring transparency and clarity regarding potential costs for extended support.
