Who pays for the Dryject representative's expenses during the initial on-site opening assistance?

- (d) For a period of up to three (3) business days, We will furnish You, at Your place of operations and at Our expense, one (1) of Our representatives for the purpose of facilitating the opening of Your Franchised Business. We may choose to divide up the on-site opening training into two (2) training periods, totaling three (3) days. During on-site training, Our representative will also assist You in establishing and standardizing procedures and techniques essential to the operation of the Franchised Business and shall assist in training personnel, if needed. Should You request additional assistance from Us in order to facilitate the opening of the Franchised Business or at any other time, and should We deem it necessary and appropriate, You shall reimburse Us for the expenses of Our personnel and out-of-pocket expenses, as set forth in the Operations Manual.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Dryject's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Dryject covers the expenses for its representative during the initial on-site opening assistance. Specifically, Dryject will provide a representative at the franchisee's place of business for up to three business days to assist with the franchise opening.
During this time, the Dryject representative will help the franchisee establish standard operating procedures and techniques, as well as assist in training personnel if needed. This on-site support is intended to facilitate a smooth opening for the new Dryject franchise.
However, if the Dryject franchisee requests additional assistance beyond the initial three-day period, and Dryject deems it necessary and appropriate to provide it, the franchisee will be responsible for reimbursing Dryject for the personnel's expenses and out-of-pocket costs. These expenses would be detailed in the Operations Manual.
