What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Dryject's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, any party to the Franchise Agreement can initiate a legal action to compel arbitration for disputes. This action can be pursued in a court within the state and judicial district where Dryject's principal business is located. Currently, Dryject's principal place of business is in Hatboro, Pennsylvania.

Furthermore, parties can seek provisional remedies or temporary injunctive relief related to the dispute without needing to provide a bond or security. However, the dispute must ultimately be resolved through binding arbitration following the terms and conditions outlined in the Franchise Agreement.

This means a Dryject franchisee or Dryject itself can force the other party to resolve disputes through arbitration rather than traditional court litigation. This can potentially lead to quicker and less expensive resolutions, but it also means giving up the right to a jury trial. Franchisees should carefully consider the implications of the arbitration clause and understand the process involved.
