After opening, what inventory levels must a Dryject franchisee maintain?

According to Dryject's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, after opening their franchised business, a franchisee must stock and maintain all types of approved products and equipment in quantities sufficient to meet reasonably anticipated customer demands. This means Dryject franchisees need to carefully forecast demand to ensure they have enough inventory to satisfy customers without overstocking.

Dryject requires franchisees to purchase certain products, equipment, inventory, and signage from approved suppliers. These suppliers are listed in the Manual, which is updated periodically. Franchisees can request the standards, specifications, and supplier approval criteria, but only on a confidential basis. If a franchisee wants to use a non-approved supplier, they must submit a written request for approval, and Dryject has 30 days to respond in writing.

Prior to opening, franchisees must stock an initial inventory of products, equipment, services, and supplies as required by Dryject, outlined in the Manual or in writing. Note 2 in Item 7 estimates the initial inventory costs to be approximately $2,500 to $3,500, consisting of certain inventory items that must be purchased from Dryject, their affiliate, and approved vendors.
