t of any documented refunds, charge-backs, credits and allowances You pay in good faith to customers. All barter and/or exchange transactions pursuant to which the Franchised Business furnishes services and/or products in exchange for goods or services to be provided to You or the Franchised Business by a vendor, supplier or customer shall, for the purpose of determining Gross Revenues, be valued at the full value of the goods and/or services so provided to You or the Franchised Business. Gross Revenues shall also include all insurance proceeds received by You for loss of business due to a casualty to or similar event affecting the operation of the Franchised Business.

  • (h) You are required to submit, at Your expense, a monthly report including both an income statement and balance sheet, signed by You, in a form to be prescribed by Us. Such report shall reflect the Gross Revenues during the preceding month, along with any additional information that

What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Dryject's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are required to submit a monthly report detailing their gross revenues. This report, which includes both an income statement and balance sheet, must be signed by the franchisee and adhere to a format prescribed by Dryject.

The report must reflect the gross revenues from the preceding month and include any additional information Dryject deems reasonably necessary. Franchisees must ensure that Dryject receives this report by the fifteenth (15th) day of the following month, either via mail or electronic transmission.

In addition to the monthly reports, Dryject franchisees are also required to provide annual reports of gross revenues, income statements, and balance sheets within sixty (60) days of the end of their fiscal year. Dryject retains the right to request additional reports as detailed in their Operations Manual. Franchisees must also make payments towards the Annual Royalty Service Fee on a monthly basis, specifically by the fifteenth (15th) day of the month for the preceding month.
