What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Dryject's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Dryject offers initial and additional training programs. The franchisee, or at Dryject's option, individuals actively involved in managing the franchised business, including a chief operating officer, managing member, or 'Management Persons,' must satisfy Dryject's conditions for admission to and graduation from the Initial Training Program. This program is held in Pennsylvania or another designated location.
Dryject also has the option to require Key Employees and individuals owning 20% or more of the franchise to attend the training program. Those designated to attend will be identified in Addendum B to the Franchise Agreement and must complete the Initial Training Program to Dryject's satisfaction. Failure to do so may result in extending the training program, and not completing all mandatory training sessions constitutes a breach of the agreement.
The Initial Training Program lasts approximately four days and must be completed before the scheduled opening of the franchised business. This ensures that franchisees and their designated personnel are adequately prepared to operate the Dryject business according to the franchisor's standards.
