What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Dryject's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Dryject is not required to search for the most cost-efficient sources of non-proprietary supplies. However, Dryject may choose to do so. Dryject states that it "may continue to search for more cost-efficient sources of non-proprietary supplies."
Dryject indicates that it may leverage group purchasing power to potentially secure reduced prices on supplies and inventory. This suggests that while not obligated, Dryject sees potential benefits in seeking cost-effective supply options for its franchisees.
This discretionary approach gives Dryject flexibility but also places the onus on franchisees to potentially research and compare supply costs independently. Franchisees may benefit from Dryject's efforts to find better deals, but they cannot rely on it as a guaranteed service.
