What is necessary to protect the integrity and reputation of the Dryject System?

You acknowledge that such compliance by You is necessary to protect the integrity and reputation of Our System. Any training materials and aids made by Us will be made available to You for a fee equal to Our cost;
- (d) Such periodic continuing individual or group advice, consultation and assistance, rendered by personal visit, telephone, electronic transmission, newsletter, brochures, reports or bulletins as We may deem necessary or appropriate.
Such advice, consultation and assistance may include such topics as marketing and advertising, management, maximizing sales and profits, customer service, employee training, vendor relations, operating problems and such other reasonable subjects as may be of interest to You, or in which You may be experiencing problems;
- (e) New products, services, equipment or technologies, as they are located or developed in the marketplace, which may be tested and evaluated by Us, and, if they meet Our System Standards, are made available to all DryJect franchisees, either through an approved supplier or by Us directly;

Furthermore, Dryject maintains an Internet website to enhance the brand's public image and attract customers. Franchisees' contact information is listed on this website. Dryject retains control over Internet activity, website creation, and the use of domain names related to Dryject. Franchisees must also subscribe to business-class high-speed Internet access and comply with Dryject's brand communication standards for any digital content they publish.
