What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Dryject's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Base Equipment Package includes a minimum of three model 4820 DryJect machines. The purchase price for this package is $166,500. This equipment must be purchased from Dryject or its affiliate.
Prospective franchisees should note that this cost is nonrefundable and uniform across all franchise owners. The franchisee must purchase this proprietary equipment to properly operate the franchised business. The FDD also mentions that Dryject, Inc. Acquisition Corporation, an affiliate of Dryject, manufactures this proprietary equipment.
Financing is not available from Dryject for the initial franchise fee. However, Note 4 to Item 7 states that with acceptable credit, the model 4820 DryJect machine can be leased for approximately $1,000 per month per machine from various third party leasing companies.
Dryject franchisees should be aware that they may be required to continue purchasing proprietary equipment, parts, and supplies from Dryject or its affiliate on an ongoing basis to properly operate the franchised business.
