What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Dryject's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must purchase proprietary equipment to operate the franchised business. As of the Effective Date of the franchise agreement, the minimum proprietary equipment needed to establish a Dryject business is the Base Equipment Package.

The Base Equipment Package consists of three model 4820 DryJect machines. The purchase price for this package is $166,500. This amount is due upon the earlier of three conditions: commencement of the Initial Training Program, shipment of the Base Equipment Package, or 90 days after the Effective Date.

The fee for the Base Equipment Package is considered fully earned by Dryject upon the execution of the agreement and is non-refundable. This means that once the franchise agreement is signed, Dryject has earned the fee, and the franchisee is obligated to pay it according to the agreed-upon schedule, regardless of whether training has started or equipment has been shipped. This is a significant investment that a prospective franchisee must be prepared to make.
