What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Dryject's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are required to contribute to the National Marketing Fund. The amount to be contributed is dependent on the number of months that the franchise has been in operation. For months 13-24, the minimum National Marketing Fund fee is $200 per month.

In addition to the minimum fee, Dryject also requires franchisees to pay the greater of 2% of monthly Gross Revenues. This means that if 2% of a franchisee's Gross Revenues exceeds $200 during months 13-24, the franchisee will be required to pay the higher amount. The marketing fund contributions are payable on or before the 15th day of each month.

These fees are used to promote the Dryject brand and support marketing initiatives. It's important to note that these fees are subject to change, as Dryject reserves the right to adjust fees annually based on changes in circumstances such as increased vendor costs or labor costs.
