What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Dryject's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must make monthly Marketing Fund payments. The payment is the greater of 2% of the monthly Gross Revenues or a fixed amount that increases over the first 36 months of operation. For months 1-3, the payment is $0 per month.

For months 4-12, the minimum payment is $100 per month. This increases to $200 per month for months 13-24, and then to $300 per month for months 25-36.

Starting in month 37, the minimum monthly Marketing Fund payment increases to $500 per month. These payments are due in advance on the 15th day of each month, using the same payment method as the Royalty Service Fee. This means that even if 2% of gross revenues is less than the stated minimum for that period, the franchisee must pay the minimum amount.

This escalating payment structure means that Dryject franchisees will face increasing marketing expenses as their business matures, regardless of their revenue. Franchisees should factor these increasing costs into their financial projections and business plans.
