What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Dryject's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Marketing Fund payments are due in advance on the 15th day of each month. The method of payment must be the same as that used for the Royalty Service Fee.

The amount required for the Marketing Fund contribution varies depending on how long the franchisee has been in operation. For months 1-3, the payment is $0 per month. Months 4-12 require $100 per month. Months 13-24 require $200 per month. Months 25-36 require $300 per month. After month 37, the payment increases to $500 per month. The payment is either this amount or 2% of the monthly Gross Revenues, whichever is greater.

It is important for prospective franchisees to understand that Dryject retains the right to modify business operations and that franchisees must adopt these changes at their own expense. Franchisees should clarify with Dryject what methods are acceptable for remitting both the Marketing Fund payments and Royalty Service Fees to ensure compliance and avoid any penalties or disruptions.
