What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Dryject's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Marketing Fund payments are due in advance on the 15th day of each month. The method of payment should be the same as the Royalty Service Fee.
The amount due to the Marketing Fund is calculated as the greater of 2% of the monthly Gross Revenues generated by the Franchise Owner or a fixed monthly amount that escalates over the first 36 months of operation. For months 1-3, the payment is $0 per month. For months 4-12, it increases to $100 per month. Months 13-24 require a payment of $200 per month, and months 25-36 require $300 per month. After month 37, the payment is $500 per month.
This structure means that during the initial months, Dryject franchisees contribute a fixed, relatively small amount to the marketing fund, allowing them to focus on establishing their business. As the business grows and revenues increase, the contribution to the marketing fund also increases, aligning marketing investment with business performance. Franchisees should budget accordingly to ensure timely payments and avoid any penalties or disruptions to their franchise agreement.
