What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Dryject's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are required to make Marketing Fund payments. However, for the first three months of operation, Dryject franchisees are not required to contribute to the Marketing Fund.

Specifically, the FDD states that for months 1-3, the Marketing Fund payment is $0 per month. After this initial period, the payment increases according to a set schedule. From months 4-12, the payment is $100 per month, then it increases to $200 per month for months 13-24, and $300 per month for months 25-36. Finally, from month 37 onwards, the Marketing Fund payment is $500 per month.

These payments are due in advance on the 15th day of each month, using the same method as the Royalty Service Fee. The Marketing Fund is administered by Dryject and may be established as a not-for-profit corporation in the future. Franchisees can request unaudited income and expense statements for the Marketing Fund annually.
