What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 Dryject Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are required to contribute to a National Marketing Fund. The amount a franchisee must pay varies based on the number of months they have been a franchisee. For months thirteen through twenty-four, Dryject franchisees must pay $200 per month to the Marketing Fund.

This fee is in addition to other fees that Dryject franchisees must pay, such as the Initial Franchise Fee and the Annual Royalty Service Fee. The Marketing Fund Fee is used to develop and maintain local, regional, or national marketing and advertising programs for the Dryject franchise system.

Dryject franchisees must pay the Marketing Fund contributions on or before the fifteenth day of the month or the date designated in the Operations Manual. Failure to pay the Marketing Fund Fee when due may result in interest charges of 18% per year, or the maximum contract rate of interest permitted by governing law, whichever is less, as well as expenses incurred by Dryject in collecting overdue payments, including attorney's fees.
