What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Dryject's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are required to pay a Marketing Fund Fee to support local, regional, and national marketing and advertising programs. However, during the initial months of operation, specifically months one through three, Dryject franchisees are not required to contribute to the Marketing Fund. The fee for these months is $0 per month.

After the initial three months, the Marketing Fund Fee increases incrementally based on the franchisee's total number of months in operation. From months four to twelve, the fee is $100.00 per month. It then rises to $200.00 per month for months thirteen to twenty-four, $300.00 per month for months twenty-five to thirty-six, and finally settles at $500.00 per month for month thirty-seven onwards.

These Marketing Fund contributions are due on or before the 15th day of each month, or on the date specified in the Dryject Operations Manual. This structure allows new franchisees a grace period to establish their business before contributing to the marketing fund, which is a common practice in franchising to support new business growth.
