What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Dryject's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are required to contribute to a National Marketing Fund. The amount a franchisee pays varies based on their total number of months as a franchisee.
Specifically, during months four to twelve of operation, a Dryject franchisee must pay the greater of two percent of their monthly Gross Revenues or $100 per month to the Marketing Fund. This contribution is due on or before the 15th day of the month or the date designated in the Operations Manual.
Failure to pay the Marketing Fund Fee when due may result in interest charges of 18% per year, or the maximum contract rate permitted by law, whichever is less. The franchisee is also responsible for covering any expenses Dryject incurs while collecting overdue payments, including attorney's fees and collection agency fees.
