What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Dryject's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, there were a total of 29 Dryject outlets open at the start of 2022. These were all franchised locations, as there were zero company-owned outlets at that time. By the end of 2022, the total number of Dryject outlets decreased to 27, representing a net change of -2 for the year.
The FDD provides a detailed breakdown of outlet activity by state. For example, Alabama, Arizona, Colorado, Georgia, Idaho, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, New Jersey, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Utah, Virginia and Wisconsin each had one outlet open at the start of 2022. California, Florida and Pennsylvania each had two, and Texas had two. Kentucky had one outlet at the start of 2022, but ended the year with zero.
It is important to note that these figures reflect the status of Dryject franchise outlets as of December 31, 2021. The FDD also lists the names, addresses, and telephone numbers of current and former franchisees in Exhibit I, which a prospective franchisee may find useful for conducting due diligence. However, the document cautions that some former franchisees may have signed confidentiality agreements restricting their ability to speak openly about their experiences with Dryject.
