On September 19, 2014, DryJect, LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company, was merged into DryJect Management, LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company which was formed on March 25, 2014, and which is the surviving entity. DryJect Management, LLC has engaged in the sale of franchised businesses since the date of the merger stated above.
