What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Dryject's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Initial Training Program lasts approximately four days. This training must be completed before the franchisee's business opens. The training program takes place in Pennsylvania or another location that Dryject designates.

Dryject requires specific individuals to attend and successfully complete the Initial Training Program. This includes the franchisee (if an individual), and at Dryject's option, anyone actively involved in managing or operating the franchised business, key employees, and individuals owning 20% or more of the franchise if it's owned by a group or entity. Addendum B to the Franchise Agreement will identify those required to attend.

Satisfactory completion of all mandatory training sessions is required. If an attendee fails to complete the program satisfactorily, Dryject reserves the right to extend the training program. Failure to complete the training can result in a breach of the Franchise Agreement, so prospective franchisees should ensure they and their designated personnel are prepared to fully participate and meet Dryject's standards.
