What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Dryject's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Dryject will furnish a representative for on-site opening training for up to three business days. This service is provided at Dryject's expense to help facilitate the opening of the franchised business. Dryject may choose to divide the on-site opening training into two periods, but the total training will still be three days.
During this on-site training, the Dryject representative will assist the franchisee in establishing and standardizing procedures and techniques that are essential for operating the Dryject business. They will also help in training personnel if needed. This hands-on assistance can be invaluable for a new franchisee, ensuring that the business starts off on the right foot with proper procedures and well-trained staff.
If the franchisee requires additional assistance beyond the initial three days, they can request it from Dryject. However, any additional assistance will be at the franchisee's expense. The franchisee will need to reimburse Dryject for the expenses of their personnel and any out-of-pocket expenses, as detailed in the Operations Manual. This provision allows for flexibility, ensuring franchisees can get extra support if needed, while also managing costs for the franchisor.
