What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Dryject Franchise Disclosure Document, once Dryject approves advertising and promotional materials, signs, forms and stationery, that approval is valid for 12 months. After that period, franchisees must seek approval again before using the materials.
This means a Dryject franchisee needs to keep track of when their advertising materials were approved and resubmit them for approval at least 30 days before the anniversary of the approval date if they wish to continue using them. This ensures that all advertising remains compliant with Dryject's current standards.
This requirement is fairly standard in franchising, as franchisors need to maintain brand consistency and ensure that all marketing efforts align with their overall strategy. By requiring periodic re-approval, Dryject can update its franchisees on any changes to marketing guidelines or legal requirements.
