What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Dryject's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Operations Manual and other system communications will be available in English only. This is explicitly stated in Item 8, detailing the services Dryject will perform for the franchisee.

This means that franchisees must be proficient in English to understand and adhere to Dryject's standards, methods, procedures, and techniques as outlined in the Operations Manual. The Operations Manual is a critical resource for running the franchise, containing mandatory specifications, policies, operating procedures, and requirements. Franchisees are responsible for operating their Dryject business in full compliance with all System Standards, as modified from time to time.

Given the importance of the Operations Manual, prospective franchisees who are not fluent in English should carefully consider whether they can effectively manage the business. They may need to hire staff who are proficient in English to ensure compliance with Dryject's System Standards. The franchisee is responsible for understanding updates and modifications to the System Standards, which are communicated in English through the Operations Manual and other system communications. If a franchisee requires a replacement copy of the Operations Manual, Dryject will charge a Replacement Manual Fee of $200.00.
