If You fail or refuse to initiate within fifteen (15) days after receipt of such notice, and thereafter continue, and promptly complete, a bona fide program

to complete any required maintenance, We shall have the right, in addition to all other remedies, to enter upon the premises and effect such maintenance on Your behalf, and You shall pay the entire costs thereof on demand. Your obligation to initiate and continue any required maintenance shall be suspended during any period in which such maintenance is impossible due to war, civil disturbance or natural disaster or other event beyond Your reasonable control.

16. LOCATION/RELOCATION

It is Your sole responsibility to locate a suitable site for Your DryJect Franchised Business. You shall have the right to operate the business office of the Franchised Business from Your home. You shall have the right to relocate the business office of Franchised Business to another location, provided that You have received Our prior written consent and any such relocation does not infringe on the territorial rights of any other franchisee, Franchisor-owned or affiliate-owned businesses. You shall not have the right to lease or purchase a premises to operate the business office outside of Your Designated Territory. In the event You relocate the business office of the Franchised Business, You shall notify Us of the new location of the business office of the Franchise Business prior to relocation. You shall bear all of the costs of any such relocation.

According to the 2025 Dryject Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are required to complete necessary maintenance for their business. If a Dryject franchisee fails to initiate or complete required maintenance within 15 days of receiving notice, Dryject has the right to enter the premises and complete the maintenance on the franchisee's behalf. The franchisee is then responsible for paying the costs associated with this maintenance upon demand.

However, the franchisee's obligation to perform maintenance is suspended during periods when it is impossible due to events beyond their control, such as war, civil disturbance, natural disasters, or other similar events.

Additionally, Dryject requires franchisees to maintain the DryJect Internet Website to enhance the goodwill and public image of the DryJect franchise system and attract prospective customers. The franchisor reserves the right to update, change, or add to the website without limitation. The website is generally accessible 24 hours a day, seven days a week, but may be unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, updates, repairs, or causes beyond Dryject's control, such as telecommunication or internet failures.
