Before you open your Franchised Business, we will:
A. Designate your Territory. (FA, § 4)
B. Identify the equipment, inventory, materials and supplies necessary for the Franchised Business to begin operations, including the minimum standards and specifications that must be satisfied and the approved suppliers from whom these items may be purchased or leased (including us and our affiliates). (FA, § 9)
C. Designate certain proprietary equipment and products (e.g. DryJect® machines and certain parts), at your expense, manufactured by our affiliates. (FA, § 7 & 15)
D. Provide initial training of two individuals, at times and locations designated by us. (FA, § 13)
E. Permit your use of the Manual and other manuals and training aids designated by us for use in the System, as they may be revised by us periodically. (FA, § 9 & 17). F. Provide advice and guidance to you in preparing to open the Franchised Business, including standards and procedures for obtaining inventory and supplies, providing approved services, advertising and promoting the business, and operating the business. (FA, § 9)
G. Provide several logo uniform apparel items (e.g., golf shirts, work shirts, baseball caps), business cards, envelopes, letterhead, invoices and estimate forms. (FA, § 9)

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Dryject's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Dryject offers advice and guidance to franchisees as they prepare to open their franchised business. This includes standards and procedures for obtaining inventory and supplies, providing approved services, advertising and promoting the business, and operating the business. Dryject also provides logo uniform apparel items, business cards, envelopes, letterhead, invoices, and estimate forms.
Dryject will designate the franchisee's territory and identify the necessary equipment, inventory, materials, and supplies needed to begin operations. This includes setting minimum standards and specifications, as well as identifying approved suppliers. Dryject also designates certain proprietary equipment and products, such as DryJect® machines and certain parts, which the franchisee must purchase at their own expense from Dryject's affiliates.
Dryject provides initial training for two individuals. Additionally, Dryject allows franchisees to use the Dryject manual and other training aids. Dryject also conducts an on-site opening training program for the franchisee's initial employees, not to exceed three days, at the franchisee's location prior to opening the franchised business. This training will take place within the franchisee's designated territory and at Dryject's expense. Dryject recommends that franchisees begin operations from their personal residence to save money initially.
