What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Dryject's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Dryject Internet Website will include the franchisee's contact information and email address. Dryject maintains the dryject.com Internet website and provides franchisees with access to their website and a page contained within the Dryject Internet Website for their franchise.
Dryject retains the sole right to advertise on the Internet and create a website using any of their Marks or related domain names. Franchisees may not establish a website on the Internet using any domain name containing the words "DryJect®", "21st Century Aeration™" or "dryject.com" or any variation of their Mark.
Dryject has the final decision concerning all information and functionality that appears on the Dryject Internet Website and will update or modify the Dryject Internet Website according to a schedule that they determine. Franchisees must notify Dryject whenever any information about them or the Franchise Business on the Dryject Internet Website changes or is not accurate.
