ions being used for new DryJect franchised businesses on the renewal date; and,
- (i) You pay to Us a Renewal Fee equal to twenty percent (20%) of the Initial Franchise Fee then being paid by new franchisees.
If You continue to operate after the end of the Term or any Renewal term without exercising an option to renew and signing Our then-current franchise agreement, You shall be deemed to be operating on a month-to-month basis under the terms and conditions of Our then-current form of franchise agreement. In such circumstances, and notwithstanding the foregoing, We may, on ten (10) days written notice, terminate Your Franchise Agreement.
7. FRANCHISEE'S PAYMENTS
(a) You shall pay to Us an Initial Franchise Fee of Twenty-Nine Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($29,500.00), payable by a certified or cashier's check. Such Initial Franchise Fee shall be due and payable in full upon the execution of this Agreement. You understand and acknowledge that the Initial Franchise Fee is non-refundable and is fully earned by Us at the time the parties execute this Agreement.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Dryject Franchise Disclosure Document, the initial franchise fee is not refundable. The initial franchise fee is $29,500, and it is due upon the execution of the franchise agreement. Dryject considers this fee fully earned upon the agreement's execution.
In addition to the initial franchise fee, Dryject franchisees must purchase proprietary equipment. The minimum requirement is the Base Equipment Package, consisting of three model 4820 DryJect machines, which costs $166,500. This fee is also non-refundable and is due upon the earlier of the commencement of the Initial Training Program, shipment of the Base Equipment Package, or 90 days after the Effective Date.
The non-refundable nature of both the initial franchise fee and the equipment purchase price means that a prospective Dryject franchisee should carefully consider their decision before signing the agreement and committing to the business.
